| road, these posts come up? It was suggested to you in the past that you should put up a message on your website or on your email to let people know that you are away from "the office" and you will respond to the message when you return. By not doing this, the perception of your potential customer is that you are available to process their order, respond to email inquiries, etc... in a timely fashion. Without some indication that you are not available for XX time, this will lead them to believe you are ignoring the customer needs. It's your business, run it in whatever manner you wish to choose. I'm merely bringing up a suggestion that was brought up previously. Good luck, Dave
